On Phone: Lead Generation
Following up on opt-in leads that showed interest in our services and to schedule them for our live webinars. The data was texted/SMS'd and they showed interest in our products. This is not cold calling.
On Phone: Customer Service
You will be required to deliver professional customer service over the phone.
Performing Data Entry work on multiple projects including our online stores.
You will be required to deliver professional customer service over:
Text messaging Platform.
Uber Conference/Screen Sharing.
Trouble shooting customer accounts on our cloud platform.
We offer Base Salary and No Commissions.
Salary: Rs 25,000.00 to Rs 40,000.00 /month
The salary could be up to 40,000 a month depending on how you clear the interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Days: Monday through Saturday (Sunday OFF)
Hours: 9* hours (1 hour break)
Time zone: 9pm PKST - 6am PKST
We do not believe in Class Room Training, You will be on Pay-Roll from the day you join us.
We expect you to know the basics of almost everything in General about customer service, Business Communication in English and Common software and applications.
We are not a training school and we definitely do not teach English.
Monday through Saturday between 6pm and 10pm with a copy of your resume.
Requirements/Prerequisites/Skills you must have:
You must have at least 1 to 2 years of International Call Center Experience and be well versed in written business communication.
Your English must be fluent and taking instructions in English should be natural to you.
Willingness to work Night Shift between 9pm to 6am Monday Through Saturday.
You will arrange for your transportation back & forth to the office. We do not provide pick & Drop.
You should be proactive and quick on your feet.
You MUST have good grasp over Microsoft Office.
Possessing Adobe Photoshop skill would be an advantage.
Ability to learn new software/products on your own would be desired.
Professional writing and verbal skills in English is a must have.
Be self-learner and highly proactive.
Be able to learn new platforms introduced to you on your own.
Neutral English Accent.
Preferable skills over Chrome, Firefox, Skype, Zendesk, Slack, Playstore, Uber conference, Hubstaff, Hubspot and other Software.
You MUST possess a friendly personality.
